About the job

We are looking for a Junior ERP Specialist with primary focus on distribution module in E1. This person will join a team of specialists, who on daily basis develop this module. On this position you will gather requirements from users and transform it into requirements for development. At the same time, you will at as 3 line of support.

As a member of the BI User Adoption & Process team, your closest team member will be located in Denmark. Mobile App Specialist

About the job

As a Mobile App Specialist, you will be a key technical driver, ensuring technical requirements, processes and overall deliverables from external partners on the ambitious mobile app roadmap for Digital Services. Furthermore, you will work in close collaboration with other Digital Specialists in daily operations to bridge the gap between Coloplast business requirements and the technologies/solutions provided by our external partners.

• Assist our Mobile Apps Solution Owner and oversee the entire mobile app development process from initial specifications through design and testing to implementation and documentation
• Coordinate and guide external app development partners
• Provide technical guidance for business colleagues on all digital initiatives involving mobile experiences
• Be responsible for functional test, QA and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Azure App Center
• Implement automation throughout the mobile app delivery and support chain

Requirements

• Have 4-5 years of experience with mobile app solution design and development on iOS/Android with a cloud backend

About the department

You will join Controlling Team in CPBC, being part of GO Finance organization, which supports operations on improvement agenda and reports the financials related to Global Operations. This implies financials for Coloplast's innovation, logistic and production activities – including inventory and investments financials.

Your key responsibilities

Your main task is to handle direct cost setup globally for all Coloplast companies, including responsibility for updates of: direct labor and material cost , internal price for transferring items between various Coloplast units (ICP1, ICP2) and companies overheads.

The aim is to be a single point of contact for Coloplast in DVC cost area.

Furthermore, you will:

• Proceed with the calculation of new cost prices;
• Orchestrate the process and maintain yearly update of standard costs for all Coloplast Corporate items;
• Monitor variances and identify trends leading to cost price change;
• Be responsible for checking, reporting and consolidating data;
• Analyze and report high volume of data;

As a DevOps & Cloud Specialist you will be a key driver to deliver and operate the ambitious cloud solutions roadmap for Digital Services. About the Department:

Global IT in Szczecin consists of around 60 people who deliver IT assistance to Coloplast Colleagues in 43 countries. We are IT Professionals responsible for:

• monitoring, troubleshooting and solving alerts coming from IT infrastructure 24/7,
• administration of users in global systems,
• purchase of IT equipment, accessories and software,
• network (WAN, LAN, WI-FI),
• unified communications solutions (Avaya, Teams, faxes),

About the Team:

You will join group of 6 fantastic people who work 24/7/365 and monitor, troubleshoot and solve alert coming from IT infrastructure. Currently either office work from Szczecin or remote work from home (any location) is available!

The Team also acts as technical IT Support and handles all kinds of computers, mobile devices and IT system issues for Coloplast users (~12 000) and at the same time delivers on-site Support to approx. 450 Colleagues in Szczecin.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, troubleshooting and solving, if possible, all alerts coming from both Coloplast Infrastructure equipment as well as external IT Suppliers
• Providing internal technical support in English to our employees globally
• Handling alerts, incidents and requests with a high degree of professionalism and a high level of quality in close collaboration with other teams
• Acting as point of contact when Major Incidents occur

Working closely with our architects you will not only be responsible for implementation of new policies, standards and programs, but also investigating security incidents as a part of Security Incident Response Process.

SOC Specialist will actively participate in the daily coordination and remediation of all security incidents in the organization. With proper monitoring tools, you will be responsible for the forensic part and reporting security events. This includes not only creation of the security assessments and analysis of the systems on time basis, but also investigating possible flaws in our systems in form of audits.

Your responsibilities

• Monitoring, investigating, and reporting of security related events
• Assessment on the security of new applications and programs prior to installation or upgrades together with Information Security Team
